I'm Alejandra Matiz, but you might know me as Matiba. I'm a Colombian illustrator and graphic designer with an MA in Illustration from the Savannah College of Art and Design.
My favorite plan is finding a good bookstore or library, then settling into a café to draw. I collect children's books, get excited about every form of artistic expression, and have a soft spot for animals and the natural world. I'm also the kind of person who buys more books than she can read, which honestly just keeps me motivated.
